SHORT DESCRIPTION
This recipe helps you prepare our pork cabbage rolls as if you made them yourself. Tender, juicy, and full of aroma, they’re an ideal choice for a family lunch or dinner. Minimal time — maximum homemade flavour.
Preparation Method
Defrost the cabbage rolls at room temperature or leave them in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours so they warm evenly.
Heat a little oil or butter in a saucepan to enhance the aroma and deepen the flavour.
Add the cabbage rolls and pour in a small amount of water or broth. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 12–15 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, sour cream, or a creamy sauce of your choice and simmer for another 3–5 minutes so the sauce absorbs into the filling.
Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs. Best enjoyed with sour cream or a light salad.
